APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

All services provided require an appointment We encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays. You may do so online, or by contacting us directly by phone call or text message. Please note that upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to place a $50-$75 deposit of the service to guarantee your reservation. If you schedule an appointment online an invoice for deposit will automatically be sent to your email upon booking of appointment. Once invoice is paid your appointment will be confirmed. ( Please not that if invoice for deposit isn't paid within 12 hours of scheduling of all appointments, your appointment will automatically cancel.) We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

Please refer to our cancellation policy below prior to reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

As a courtesy, our system automatically sends appointment reminders 72, 48, and 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. If you choose not to provide us with your email address, we are unable to offer you a reminder at this time. Should the appointment reminder system fail for any reason and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes things can suddenly pop up, but please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If appropriate notice is not given you will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If you do not notify us at all, (no-show), You will be charged a fee of 50% of scheduled service. We do not allow you to reschedule an appointment and or any future appointments until these fees are paid. Should you arrive late for a scheduled appointment and time does not allow us to perform some or all of your treatment, the full amount of the service will be charged. Appointments made last minute, (less than 24 hours prior to service), are not exempt from this policy.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment, so you’ll have plenty of time to grab a beverage and/or snack and do any paperwork that may be required. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.

We also ask that you arrive to your appointments free of any eye make up. For best eyelash application, please come in with clean, makeup free eyes and eyelashes. Please remove all eye makeup prior to your appointment, to ensure you receive the most out of your treatment time. We recommend you wash before you arrive to your appointment. Avoid using waterproof mascara for at least 3 days prior (that stuff can be like cement to get off). Any makeup residue left on lashes will not allow correct bonding of the extension to natural eyelash.

LATE ARRIVALS

All appointment lengths have been designed to provide you with the best service possible. We will always try to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as not to interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of service will apply, so please plan accordingly.

CHILDREN

For the safety of children and the comfort of our customers, please refrain from bringing children with you to your appointment. Our goal is to give you, and all of our guests, a relaxing experience with 100% of our attention. Unattended children pose a safety and liability risk as we are not equipped to handle child-care.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

  • We do realize that things come up and require schedule adjustments; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointments. Your time and the time of our staff is valuable, and we have implemented this policy for that reason.
  • Notification given at least 24 hours prior to appointment time will receive no charges.
  • Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time or failure to show will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
