Exchange Policy

All product sales are final. However it is important to us that you receive all items with satisfaction. If you receive any items that are not in working condition or is defective, please notify us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to work with you. Due to the sanitary nature of our products, all products are finale sale. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to sender. Please review your shipping information before submitting your order(s). It is the customers full responsibility to ensure all shipping information is entered correctly, as there are  no returns or exchanges. By placing an order and making payment you are agreeing to the terms that all sales are final. Of course if we mistakenly send you the wrong item, we will gladly resend you the correct item once item is back in our warehouse.

Product Shipping

Lash artist brand orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm pst, excluding all major us holidays. Any orders placed after 5pm will start process of shipment the following business day. All eyelash extension products will be processed within 1-2 days of order being received. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Mondays. Orders placed on a us holiday will be processed the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipment conformation email once your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). Please allow tracking number can take up 24 hours to activate.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or phone.

Domestic shipping is provided by: UPS

International shipping is provided by: DHL

Shipping within the US:

Free shipping for all order over $150.00

USPS first class parcel (5-7 business days ) - $5.00

USPS priority mail (3-5 business days ) - $10.00

DHL International (8-20 business days depending on location)

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days. Please note that eyelash extensions products shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and puerto rico may take longer.

International lash extension products shipping:

Shipping to international addresses including Australia, Canada, and Mexico can take up to 12 days to arrive.

Delivery delays can occur. We will not be held responsible for the lost package. If your package tracking number says delivered and you have not received yur package, you must contact USPS and take the proper steps to locate your parcel or file a claim with them within 24 hours.

Delivery Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when lash artist brand has shipped your order. Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Sugarlash PRO is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information. All shipments require a signature upon delivery for your protection. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to sign for the package. If you would like to waive the right to a signature you can do so by contacting the delivery company, however, this will, in turn, waive any insurance on your package from lash artist brand..

Be aware if you have given permission for the delivery company to waiver a need for a signature in the past.

If you order products that we do not have in stock, our team will notify you and refund you for that product immediately.


Lash artist brand inc is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping of order . If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please remember to save all packaging materials and damaged good before filing a claim.
